Products KUMIRA produces luxury soy wax melts. As our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, finish or appearance may occur. These variations do not affect product quality. 3. Orders Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where necessary, including where products are unavailable or incorrect pricing has occurred. 4. Prices All prices are shown in GBP (£). Prices may change without prior notice. 5. Payment Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received. 6. Shipping Orders are dispatched within the estimated processing time shown on our website. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been handed to the courier. Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. KUMIRA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers. 7. Returns & Refunds Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers may have the right to cancel eligible purchases. Due to the nature of fragranced home products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used or damaged after delivery unless they are faulty. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund. 8. Product Safety Wax melts are intended for use only in suitable wax warmers. Customers should always follow the safety instructions provided with the product. Keep away from children and pets. Do not consume. Do not leave a wax warmer unattended while in use. 9. Fragrance Disclaimer Some of our fragrances are inspired by well-known perfumes or scents. KUMIRA is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any designer fragrance brands. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. 10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, KUMIRA shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded. 11. Intellectual Property All website content, including text, images, branding and logos, remains the property of KUMIRA and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission. 12.
